Reflections for Visitor Attractions

With the appetite there, it’s good news for visitor attractions. They must stay vigilant on their social distancing and capacity though to reassure visitors. Use time slots and a booking system where possible to reassure visitors that numbers will be monitored.

If the attraction has outdoor space, then this may be an opportunity to put in more seating to allow more visitors to come, enjoy picnics for example.

Extra promotion of outdoor spaces is advised, given that 29% will only visit in that instance. Is there any opportunity to provide some outdoor food options (e.g. food truck/take away service window) where possible to capture more revenue from visitors?

Communicating well on your website and social media is essential to reassure people that it’s safe to come both outdoors and in.
